Customer service from Ian has been spectacular. That being said lately it's like opposite day Everytime we order anything they... do the opposite of the request. I don't know if it's the fault of the app (which has a serious case of make-believe math) orsome misinterpretation involving wanting or not wanting things on or in a sandwich. It's a confusing world we live in. Thissort of effort has forced me against my will to occasionally undertake making sandwiches at HOME. This requires forethought. Jeebus the inhumanity. Read more
I just got back from ordering a Tuna sub and was very disappointed at the customer service. I had a guy talking on the phone... with speakers louder then a boom box while phone on one hand and my bread for my sub on the other one. This was very nastycustomer service. Thankfully the lady who also work's there took over my sub and I requested that other bread to be thrown awaybecause I was not going to eat nasty bread full of germs. The young boy with glasses and dark hair was absolutely amazing to us. I felt so bad for him considering we witnessed an older... women was blatantly rude to his face for clarifying her orders. He seemed to be a great and kind person . Props to him, andhoping more people see the kindness he gave to us during our visit instead of the disrespect we saw. Read more
