Got stuck in the drive thru for 40+ minutes! Super slow service and this was the second time that it took 40+ minutes to get... through the drive thru. Food is good but the service is super slow. Have tried to go inside to order but get told the diningroom is closed. This has also happened when watching 3 other groups of customers enter before I did and order inside. Tonight was the worse of the worse . 8 cars in front of us but took 1 hr 6 minutes to get through and have our 4 burritos and 4... tacos in hand. We were told because there were Doordash on the screen they serve them first, so they would fill 6 door dashorders before the next guy got his at pickup window, then repeat . Read more
Ordered through the taco bell app. Got 4 things. Order was originally suppose to be delivered at 5:30pm, it wasn't "delivered"... until 5:41pm. So 10 min late. Along with that I did not recieve any contact from the dasher. No picture that it was left, noteven contact that they were here. I looked outside when I got a text that they were supposedly here and no delivery, waited afew minutes and still nothing, tried calling Taco Bell prineville 11 times and no answer until the last time where they told methey can help me because it was delivered through door dash.
