Do Not Go There. They are very good at pushing their customers away. I'm a senior citizen on SS. Had some money left at the of... the month and thought I'd get a subway. I do not have a large income and thought I'd use a coupon to to help my financesstretch. I go in and the employee tells me they do not accept Subway coupons. I get the coupons in the mail. I asked why. Theysaid the owner doesn't want to accept them. Really? Ok. Obviously this franchise has very Greedy owners. I walked out. I willnever go there. I will not spend any of my money there. They don't except coupons that come in our local paper. Bread wasnt that fresh. Didn't offer anything else.
They barricade restrooms and put signs on them that restrooms are closed until further notice. People can't wash their hands... before eating. But while sitting there consuming my sub I saw workers were using restroom just as usual. I went to check itmyself if anything wrong with the restrooms and found out that mens restroom was locked and women's was open and works just fine Read more
I only give it 3 stars because the workers are really nice, however when choosing toppings for my sandwich, noticed the lettuce... was looking close to being expired. Ended up pulling out a white hair from my sandwich that was stuck to a piece of lettuce. Read more
Tried to make the wrong sandwich. Didn't confirm what size I wanted, so I got a 12 inch. Half went in the garbage.
1 star reflects on the experience as a whole. In the future: I'll most likely order ahead, go to subway in another city or... choose a different place to eat. Arrived at 5:30pm, left at 6:05pm. Monday 8/10/2021 Sandwich was good (turkey, provolone onItalian herb and cheese with lettuce, spinach, avocado spread, banana peppers, olives, salt & pepper and oil & vinegar)!!BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. NO Dine available. No one wearing masks, no sanitizing after each customer. Customer servicecould be better (due to the experience with the "locals". There were 5 other people when I arrived and it took 30mins (longest30 mins of my life) to get out of there. "Local" Animosity in the subway was rediculous of my taking photos of a public place,never have I been treated in such a way as a Solo female traveler or in all my adult life!! The "locals" (2 different "locals",but mostly a dude). Staff was slow to respond, every one listened to him being verbally hostile to me for 15 minutes at least,before the blond server told him "Enough" basically and that "I have every right to take photos in a public place". Ordered on the app. Got a wrap (footlong price) and a footlong flatbread. Arrived and they were still making it. Watched as over... half the tortilla on the wrap was tucked under the wrap. Compared the two sandwiches and the wrap was under half the size. Mostmy bites were tortilla. I mentioned it to the worker that the price didnt match the size, but they rudely replied that was thesize. No. I have had wraps enough to know that was not worth $8. Also was 15 minutes later than projected time, no apologies.Everytime I try to give this Subway another chance, I feel ripped off and deal with rude employees. Read more
