My coffee wasn't great. Customer service was definitely lacking
My wife and I were looking forward to an iced coffee after a long hot drive. We arrived at this Starbucks at 3:50 pm. The... store was closed. They stated closing time was 4:00. The drive-through was open, but we were pulling a trailer and could notuse the drive-through. I knocked in hopes that one of the many employees inside would take pity on me, but all I got wasshrugs. Drinks are always made correctly, can't fault them on that. Most of the staff is nice but Autumn (i think her name is) is so... incredibly rude and usually works the drive thru. Needs to NOT work with customers. Read more
Starbucks always has great service and food. Drinks taste great and I love their lemon loaf. Sometimes we order their breakfast... sandwiches which everyone enjoys. Only thing I've noticed the past few months is they are closed after 12:30 or 1pm on randomdays even though their Google hours show they are open. I have driven up to drive-thru lane many times in the afternoon to hearthe 'we are closed' message. Read more
A couple of hot chai teas and brown sugar, fruit and nut oatmeal. When I pulled up I almost thought they were closed at 530am.... Although it looked closed inside, they were open. Read more
