It's convenient but they can do better. Ordered 3 bagels and a coffee. Bagels were burned, and only got half a cup of coffee -... literally. There was no one else in there so they weren't busy. Didn't notice till I got home. Didn't think I'd have to checka bagel and coffee order from Dunkin was done right, but if I go back to this one, I guess I'll have to. Read more

This place has really changed over the years. It used to have great workers, and it used to be so reliable. I've been to this Dunkin once, this review being written after the only time I have been there. On the evening on Dec 9, 2021, a... simple order of an Iced Frappucino w/ Less Ice, Coconut, and Sugar with whipped cream. After looking at the picture below, youcan see for yourself how horrible the service is here. I did not have any whipped cream, there wasn't any coconut in my drink,the "sugar" was all at the bottom of my drink, and even after selecting Less Ice, the entire cup was FULL of ice. Waited outside 20 minutes for a curbside pickup that was never coming. Tried to call the store after seeing several people... pulling up way after my order was placed and leaving before I got my items, no one answered the phone. I was unable to leave mycar, hence CURBSIDE PICKUP. Inconveniently, I had to go inside just to see an empty dining area and my now watered down and coldmeal. This Dunkin? already has their coffee tasting watered down to begin with, never complained about it however. The managerdidn?t seem to care, which is fine. Frequent customer of this neighborhood Dunkin? Donuts. The store is clean, well maintained and cozy; products and merchandise in... the cooler and on the shelves are neatly organized. It has about 22 seats ? not a place for a large group gathering, and can getcrowded during busy hours (e.g. Saturday or Sunday morning). Store manager and staffs are friendly; service usually is quick andaccurate. However, when the queue is long, the wait time definitely will go up since there might not be enough staffs workingbehind the counter to handle the burst load. So be patient and be courteous.
