Well known for authentic Italian pizza locally, wide selection of pizza always stocked up, sauce is very good in flavor. Just... right ratio crust and the amount of cheese and toppings. We became a big fan of Aljon's when we first tried their pizza in 2018, since then almost every other week during the summer of... 2018, 2019 and 2021 we were buying from Aljon's Plainsboro, while we were doing the home search. However after moving to WestWindsor, when we tried last 3 times Aljons in West Windsor (been close to the house), I realize staff at this franchise doesn'tknow how to cook Aljon signature pizza like the famous Arugula, Mixed Veg or even Margarita, we mostly ordered Jumbo size andright from ingredients proportion to portion size to toppings everything was so off as if kids cooking food while camping! Stop #4 on our Summer Pizza Tour 2022...Aljon's Pizza in Princeton Junction, NJ. Wide variety of pizzas. The deep dish pepperoni... and meatball as well as the cheesesteak pizza looked awesome (definitely will try those on our next visit there). Cokeproducts. This Aljon?s location is in Princeton Junction New Jersey It?s a great place for lunch or dinner. They also do catering and my... office has used them many times to cater events. The pizza ???? is great as well as the sandwiches ???? and salads ???? . Iusually order the chef salad which is more than adequate. You can dine in , take out or sit outside. Searching for a salivating slice, I stumbled upon this stupendous eatery. It was a good sign that 1:30pm on a weekday still... showed a constant flow of patronage, and better that the slice options were still extensive so late after lunch hour. Everyslice I ordered was heavenly. Packed with flavor, and plenty of sauce. The tomato pie was my favorite, so elegant and authentic!Who needs cheese when the flavor and ingredients speak loudly?If you still need some cheese, just try the "special sauce" sliceI think it was called. The service was incredible as well; each staff member busy at work, yet kind while serving the counter.There were plenty of table outside, and it's covered, so even in a light rain you can enjoy your slice before you leave.
