Horrible place. We went here for Halloween. I had told my family that I didn?t want to go back here after waiting a long time... for a shake in the drive thru. Corn dogs were supposed to be cheap which convinced me to give them another chance. We left veryupset. After waiting for a while we pressed the call button again thinking maybe the order got deleted by accident (mistakeshappen).They told us that they were working on it. Then more waiting happened and other cars that got there after us continuedto get their order. Not sure why we never got our order. Employees are not friendly at all. I get it, the whole world isunderstaffed but the employees just seem like they do not care at all (service/food quality). Would give this place zero starsif I could. To the ?owner?, no I will not call to go more into detail. I already wasted my time going to this place and writingthis review. You go in there and figure out what needs to change because according to other reviews, a lot needs to be done. Sosad how this place has gone down the toilet, especially with the city growing and other fast food restaurants opening. Keep up. Read more

I placed my order on the app and had to wait over 40 minutes to only get half of my order because they said they were out of... pretzels. No one said anything until food was delivered and asked for the rest of my food. I asked to just get a refund 0f $6 +taxes I was told they can't do that and to pick something else from the menu. I picked mozzarella sticks waited for another 15minutes and nothing. I just drive off I can't keep on wasting my time. I WILL NEVER ORDER FOOD USING THE APP. Bad serviceall-round. If I could give this zero stars I would. We ordered 2 drinks. I know they were busy. I know workers are hard to find, but we... waited for 50 mins and still no drinks. I looked inside and they had orders just sitting there. So I am sure our drinks werewatered down. I opened the door to ask for a manger. He came and was furious. He asked what was he supposed to do, he has onecar hop. And he refused to give me his name, a business card and told me he had no idea what his store number was. A goodmanager would know. (Pretty sure he lied) and a good manger would run the drinks out while the food orders were waiting. Therewere 4 people inside. The car hop was also working the drive through. And if the owner knows they are short staffed likethat-or the GM-then roll up your sleeves and get in and work. This was the worst Sonic I?ve ever been too. Read more

I only go here for their ice cream since it's very close to home. Mostly good and consistent. Service is a bit slow but that... doesn't bother me much. I got chicken tenders from here once just to try it out, seemed a little dry or overdone. If you likeice cream treats I'd recommend them for sure. Read more

Fastest service I've ever had at a sonic, AND the food was fresh, AND the employees are smiling and seem genuinely happy to be... here! Give these people a raise. Younger black guy and girl with red long hair. Very very happy with my service. 10/10 Read more

With them have such a horrible turn around time at my last visit (40 minutes from order until i received my items) i asked... before i ordered. I was told less than 5 minutes. Perfect! Placed my order, waited 20 minutes, then told them to cancel it.Had i paid with my credit card like last time, i would have been furious. This is not the first hot dog we?ve gotten from here that looks like it sat out days but the first we took a photo of. This is... disgusting. Aside from the LONG WAITS at this location items such as icing for the cinnamon snacks are always missing. I?veordered a grape slush which has NO syrup and for some reason just Nerds. The manager always blames it in corporate. Disgustingplace. I?ll drive farther for food that doesn?t look like it came from a litter box ETA: We have complained to the manager.She says it?s corporate. We?ve complained online to corporate they just give gift cards. Neither fixes the issue that for atleast two years (we previously lived elsewhere and used sonic this is the only one I?ve ever been to that is like this) themanagers seems apathetic at best and the food can literally violate health department codes. FRIDAY AFTER THIS. We went to gettea and a slush. What the actual heck? It?s Friday night. 5:50. Our Sonic in Princeton is accepting only cash. They are out ofshakes, slushes, sides and another whole list of food and drinks. WHAT IS WRONG AWITH THIS SONIC?!! This isn?t the first timethey?ve been out of buns before. Another time straws. Another time route 44 cups. And MANY times only can take cash. I havebeen told by two car hops at this location they don?t receive tips from the app orders even when I put it on there. NO otherlocation I?ve been to is so incompetent so consistently. New visit on May 15, 2022 So just went to sonic to grab a slush andice. The male informed us (four cars were there us, one next to use and two at drive through) that "our kitchen is backed up andwe can't take any orders now as only five people are here."
