Last week we ordered a chocolate chip cookie and it was gross (dry, over baked, not tasty) and we tried to call and the line... wasn?t working. First time using it at this place. Used the delivery option, which let's me stay in car and they bring it out. After 9 minutes... of no product I went inside with my child. Employee asked if I was there for pickup and I said yes. I explained that I wad toreceive the order while in my vehicle as per the option. Employee stated that that didn't come across the screen. I'm notspoiled at all, but the nonchalant and distant vibe from the employee was not deserved by me in light of the faulty service. Read more
Used a reward for a free papadia. I was shocked at what I got. Looking at this comparison picture you can't even tell it's... supposed to be the same item. 1) It was tiny, just a personal size folded over. 2) Not a "flatbread sandwich" by any metric. 3)meatballs were only sliced in half so they were huge. 4) almost no cheese! Just a little clump on one side! 5) Not even slicedthrough all the way, as you can see. CONCLUSION: Looks like it came out of the trash, never ordering this again. Read more
The pizza was horrible, it didn't have sauce on it, I ordered it online and I like fast service just like the next person but... within 5 minutes it said my order was ready. I was like wow that was fast but it wasn't worth it, it was the nastiest pizza Iever tasted. Read more
First time eating from this location and I won?t be ordering again. The pizza tasted like straight garlic, didn?t have hardly an... cheese on it and the ingredients didn?t look or taste fresh at all. I tried to eat two slices of the pizza and I couldn?t evenfinish the second one. So I ended up just throwing the whole pizza in the trash because it was that poor quality. Normally, Iwould go pick up my orders wherever I eat at but I needed to have this ordered delivered and it took over an hour to get thefood and the place is literally five minutes down the road. I don?t know if they are short of staff or whatever the case may be.But if you accept the order and give a certain time frame, you should get the order to the customer within that timeframeespecially when they?re close by. Otherwise just reject the order from the start if you are too busy or don?t have the manpowerto get it done. when the guy dropped off my food he just looked miserable like he really hated the job. I asked him were theysuper busy and he said no not really. I know that Papa John?s has the guaranteed fresh policy where if you are not satisfiedwith your order then the store has to remake it and send it to you. Ordered the Tuscan cheese sticks and got plain cheese sticks so that was a waste of nine bucks. Tried to call and every time I... would click the manager button it would ring a couple times and send me back to the automated person so I did the feedback andrequested communication back that was yesterday haven't heard a thing. (Update) I did get a response back they gave me areplacement Tuscany cheese sticks and it was supposed to be half off the rest of my order but he ended up just giving me thepizza for free I just had to pay the delivery fee and tip the driver lol but it was all hot and delicious and sorry I didn'ttake a picture of the replacement product but it was correct and good Read more
We ordered a pizza w a wait time of 35-40 min wait. It took 1hr 15 mins to travel 10mins. When it arrived it was cold. The... manager told me they only had 1 driver but surely they wouldn't cook it until it was ready to leave. Dried out cold Pizza. Read more
