Foods great But drive thru takes way to long 35 mins last time Haven?t been back
This place service is horrible. Its a ton of kids that work there who care nothing about your time. They at the drive thru on... tik tok not even completing customers orders. They told me it would be 5 min on the chicken. They just had a customer order 50pieces and to pull up. Pulled up and was waiting for my order I go in and ask them how much longer is the wait and they say youhaven?t paid for it. I tell them here is the payment right here. You told me to pull up? So where is my order? They hadn?t evenmade my order at all. I?m getting food trying to go to work. They proceed to say it will be another 10 minutes. I will nevervisit this place again! Read more
I spent over $50 on my kids? dinner tonight 04/30/2021. I was indecisive about ordering raspberry lemonade as $9 seemed pretty... steep for a drink I haven?t tried before. I asked the team leader if I could sample it in a water cup or small container but hesaid no. I could have spent almost another $10 at his store and left a happy customer, not the end of the world but for arestaurant that has been struggling for a long time with different issues and that needs to gain the customers? trust back,might not have been the smartest decision. He turned around and refilled his 32oz soft drink, took a sip from his cup that hadno lid as he walked through the kitchen once he was finished packing my order. Go figure for someone that was so concerned aboutfood and/or paper cost and now is also in violation of health codes. Now the most important things, he served me 2burnt-bottom-of-the- pan family size mac and cheese and the second employee that bagged the dinner rolls smushed them all withthe tongs, he threw them in the bag as if they were for the pigs. It was very sad for me to have to serve that type of dinner tomy babies. The city is growing rapidly and the clientele that might had been ok with that poor quality in the past is longgone. Well I have had all great things with the new management and finally ice cream but ya'll today they did not give me the right... amount on my family meal. Mind you I get it because it is just enough for my family so one of us didn't get chicken tonight. Thechicken sucked to top it off. Tried to call I was sure they would make it right lik before the phone is never answered!Management must have been off tonight? If you ask about a certain item on menu, you will getignored. I ordered a 2 piece fish and dirty rice. Look like they cut 1 baby fish into pieces and gave it to me.
