I ordered an Italian sandwich it was disappointing to find that I did not have the amount of ingredients I had originally... ordered. I asked for extra cheese ???? hardly got any and some green pepper ???? but got none, so I will reconsider coming toyour facility again. Sad ???? the brownies were awesome! Read more
Not the best service, it seems like they get a pay-cut if they smile or speak/communicate with the customer. I'm not asking the... service to be equivalent to a 5???? restaurant bc this ain't one but a smile and simple greetings won't hurt. Food is just likeany other domino's, so nothing special there. Ordered pizza for delivery and the crust was still extremely doughy and not cook all the way. Tried to call 3 times to speak to... a manager and kept getting hung up on. Extremely poor customer service. They also didn't make some items the eay they wererequested. Read more
If i could give ZERO stars i most definitely would!! Placed order at 6:25pm. Absolutely zero communication from the store.... Called at 8:00pm and the order wasn?t even made yet!! The girl on the phone told me it would be made in 30 MINUTES and wouldPROBABLY be delivered at 9!!!!! No explanation, no apology, NOTHING!!!! This is the WORST location I?ve ever experienced!!!!! They ended up giving me my order for free due to all the mistakes and long long wait so three stars for that. Waited an hour... before calling to find out they hadn't started cooking my order yet because they were short staffed on drivers (wanted to waitto cook so a driver could take it fresh). I changed it to carry out and said I would pick it up so I didn't have to waitanymore. Got to the store and they had voided my order and not made it yet. It's been an hour and a half since I ordered and mypizza still isn't ready. The staff is working hard but is short staffed and not efficient. For that, I blame domino's. Thelast several times I've ordered here have all had issues and for that I blame the staff, management, and domino's. Avoid thislocation. Read more
Love their pizza. But every other order they forget ingredients that I paid money for. They are prompt to reimburse, but I'd... rather them get it right in the first place than to have to do that. Lastly, a worker was snarky with me when I called themregarding a credit that was given to me. I understand that she had to verify it. However when I told her that I thought thatthey credited $10.00 back she said no that it was $25.00. Then I expressed that I was surprised (pleasantly). She proceeded tobe snarky and say "Well we can always make it the $10.00 credit". I politely said I was grateful to accept what was credited. Iasked for her name before I hung up. It's Daniris. Originally we placed our order for 2 pizzas and a sandwich and the driver went to the wrong driveway and we thought our order... would be canceled. We then spoke with the manger who remade our order fresh and delivered it himself in a very timely manner aswell as comped the meal and brought a free drink for our kiddos.
