A mildly frustrating experience last time I went here. I ordered online so my complaint is largely with the online ordering... experience. When I placed my order, it said the soonest I could pick up was 45 mins from when I place the order. So I went aheadand did it. I waited around for about 30-35 mins and went ahead and went to the store in hopes to get my food a bit early. Iwalk in the store and there is not a soul in sight aside from the two employees just sitting there waiting for something tohappen. My complaints is, why did I have to wait 45 mins, I did appreciate however that my food hadn't been sitting there for35 mins, they started making it once I showed up. Secondly this is on both the online ordering and the store. I ordered a coupleof beer cheese cups. The guy handed me my order and sent me on, when I checked the bag, the beer cheese wasn't in there, when Iasked about it, he said we don't have that at this store, then I asked if I was being refunded for not having what I ordered, hesaid "I can't do that, I can only refund the whole thing", so I asked if he could just give me a full refund and I would pay instore for what I ordered, he said " I can't do that, it was an internet price". So firstly, to know my order wasn't completeand send me on my way is unacceptable. I don't care what dollar amount, that's not the right thing to do. Secondly, if I pick mystore online, why can I order things that aren't there. He offered to replace it with something else which was fine, but I wouldhave preferred to get my money back rather than get something I didn't really want. Ordered a loaded baked potato with sliced beef. There was one very, very small piece of meat, not more than a inch and a half... long and so much fat on it and the potato was burned. I will never go there again. Read more
I placed an order and the order wasn?t right. The new owner made sure our order was remade, was very polite and had great... customer service. I actually felt valued as a customer! Was about to stop eating here after being frustrated with my order butthis interaction has me to be a returning customer. The new management and ownership is definitely making a difference !!! I just left here and I am super full. The sandwich had just a right amount of taste. It was fairly juicy not a lot of fat. But I... like the fat regardless, mixed with the barbecue sauce adding a little bit of sweetness as well, made it really delicious. Thefries were fresh out of the fryer nice and hot, with the right amount of seasoning. The staff was super friendly and honestlynot sure why the bad reviews. I have had nasty food in the past from other locations, this one was very decent. The place wasclean and organized, and there was a fair amount of items to choose from. I will say I kind of wished they didn't put bacon intheir mashed potatoes, as I do not eat pork, but getting the fries was the next best option. Read more
