I usually don?t rave. I don?t mention the bad, comment on the good/decent, and that?s about it. Hold my beer! Big Spray... Brewing is an amazing place! The owner served me beer. When I asked about my side options he recommended the baked potatosalad his wife?s recipe! The food was great and the beers were even better! I tried 8, don?t worry they have flights of 4beers of your choice, 5 oz pours. It was a hard choice between the Razzmatazz Hazy or the 15 off Red, but I ended with theRed. Great beer selection and very well staffed! The owner is extremely helpful explaining the attributes of each brew and the... process each goes through. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back soon to get my growler filled!! All of hisbeers are great, but I fell in love with his Habanero Pale Ale! It is amazing!!! Read more
Good food, fish n chips was impressive. Salads were also very good. If you are a beer lover the red ale is a 7/10 and the rest... of the current beer at the time of the picture are below 7/10. Met the brewer talked to him great guy, beer is fresh but recipesneed some improvement: Balance of carbonation, lacks complexity and finish, some have a strange flavor and after taste, decentbitterness though. This place great food! I love chicken strips and these were great! I got mine with garlic Parmesan and it was delicious!! I want... to try the strips with honey sriracha next. The ranch is very tasty, doesn?t taste store bought. I highly recommend trying thisplace. My daughter said the hamburger was juicy and tasty. Read more
Friendly, helpful folks - very attentive and answered all of our questions. Casual, clean, relaxed place. Beer brewed in... several styles - yummy! The habanero brew is particularly fun! We shared the fish & chips, which was very good - definitelyenough to share- and the homemade tartar sauce with dill is amazing, as are the sweet potato tots coated in cinnamon sugar. Need to come back for the burger, which a table near ours ordered - it looked super! Read more
