It's fast food on the road to where I really want to go. They are semi fast and semi accurate. Stop. Check your order, drink,... straws, etc before you drive off. Read more

Excellent steak and egg biscuit. I've been eating at Bojangles for over 30 yrs and can't recall that the biscuit tasted so good.... I mean the texture size, buttery taste, fluffiness..etc Great work for that particular crew. Hopefully the whole staff producessame results. The steak and egg were also on point. Read more
Horrible experience. Chicken was raw in the center. I ate half of the sandwich before I gagged, immediately and spontaneously... upon feeling raw chicken in my mouth. The edges were cooked, but the center was completely raw. Didn't get our order of chickensupremes, nor straws. Had to request napkins and a fork. Phone number listed on the receipt was out of order. (Of course itwas.) Email to corporate on the complaint/comment site has gone unanswered. I am now put off ALL Bojangles. Salmonella chickenpeople... Isn't that supposed to be their specialty? Bojangles on hwy 111 south. Before pandemic , love the service. During pandemic , mostly drive thru ONLY. From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.... dont know what goes on. Have stopped by around 4:15 p.m. and doors locked but drive thru is open. I personally dont care fordrive thru services." I will not sit and wait for any food". It seems all restaurants located around goldsboro shut down around7 p.m. or 8 p.m. So I will drive to a franchise of Bojangles and get my food. Wonderful service from the princeton n.c.bojangles. 111 south bojangles is operating on staff shortage apparently while mcdonalds , food lion and family dollar areoperating on normal schedules. Tired and frustrated with 111 south goldsboro Bojangles that I'm not sure that I will ever buyfrom this joint again. How can one rate service of a fastfood joint when a patron only wants to go inside but not allowed inside. If 111 south goldsboro bojangles and surrounding area of goldsboro are shutting down due to staff issues. "Pay theworkers " and have an open restaurant. Maybe I'm wrong but I do work in retail.
