They're so rude, also there is no AC IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE. another thing I ask to use the bathroom and they lied and... said they have no restroom when I clearly saw they had one. The worker did this just because she was mad I didn't tip for herbad service. Next time give good service if you want a tip. Read more
This store is just awful. Please gives us more than three pieces of spinach and turn your AC on when it's 91 degrees outside.
Sandwiches are great, a little but skimpy on the meat but that?s just a sign of the times I guess. Look at your receipt... carefully though, they?ve overcharged me twice now by making me pay for a more expensive sub than the one I ordered. Read more
BEWARE!! The people working at this location have not been trained properly! One guy in particular makes it very obvious that he... has absolutely NO idea how to make the sandwich selections on the menu! And he must not understand English very well either. Twopeople in front of me in line tried to order an Italian BMT and he did not understand what they were saying or what they wantedto order. He had no clue what was on this sandwich! Also, this location DOES NOT accept and is not currently participating inANY Subway coupon offers! So I will NOT be going back to this location and giving them any more of my money until they startaccepting coupons again! It is too much of a hassle, too much aggravation, and too much trouble to try to order sandwiches fromthis location. It is not worth my time to go here and end up paying full price after receiving bad experiences. They are losingmy business. I would rather only go there and tolerate the bad experiences if I knew I was getting a discount. But I guess theywould rather just lose customers completely instead of trying to make customers happy by accepting coupons. Unfortunately forthem, they are located in a vacant shopping center that is dying off (half empty and becoming less popular) so I don't thinkthat they can afford losing any more customers. Read more
The employees are great and do good customer service! I have eaten here a few times and the food is always good. I was... particularly impressed by their customer service the one time I ordered delivery through a delivery app. The delivery app wassupposed to send a driver to subway to pick up my food, but they never did (through no fault of subways), the woman who wasworking was very helpful and accommodating, and even offered to stay late to help me get my food. This is by far the best Subway I?ve came across other than the one I worked for. It drives me crazy to see dirty sandwich... stations with old rotten ingredients. Nice owner and was open pretty late for a not busy part of town at that time. My wrap was yummy.
