As a person who was diagnosed with Celiac disease later in life, I know when a gluten free bagel tastes like cardboard or is... actually like the real thing. Thus, finding amazing gluten free bagels has been one of my main goals. I randomly stumbled uponPrinceton Soup and Sandwich Company and trust me when I tell you they are a hidden gem. Their gluten free bagels are deliciousand extremely customizable, however, it?s the dedication they take that is extraordinary. They always ask if the gluten freeoption is a preference or an allergy and take it serious either way. The workers, themselves are also extremely compassionateand bring a smile to your face. I could not recommend this place more than enough. For all my gluten free or celiac buddies, this is the place to go. Read more

While in Princeton on a crisp fall day and stopped here for lunch. The sandwiches are fresh and tasty. We also had the lobster... bisque and found lots of nice size bits of lobster and a delicious, savory flavor but it was too watery to be called a bisque. Read more

A++ The best bacon egg and cheese sandwich ever (and living in NYC for 20 yrs I have had a lot of them). Real Kaiser roll, grade... AAA bacon, and tangy cheese. Right next to The Nassau Inn!! Friendly chef and polite staff too! Makes for a good start to theday. Read more

This corner shop I found when looking for a lunch spot. No indoor dining but they had some outdoor patio to sit. I had their... lemon chicken spinach and orzo which definitely hit the spot on this cold chilly day. I also got the 1/2 sandwich to go with mysoup. I got the turkey cheddar with cranberry spread. It was fresh and so good. I'd hit this place up again when I'm inPrinceton. I also appreciate that they are transparent with the ingredients and have nut free items. Read more

A kind of a hole in the wall by Princeton standards as well average for the price by Princeton standards. About about a block... away from the Princeton campus, they serve a good selection of sandwiches and daily specials as well as soups? especially a nicelobster bisque. If you?re price for a sandwich is around a Panera beard pricing, this place is a little bit more expensive butthe food is at least above average to excellent. We were well past $40 for two sandwiches, an order of fries, and two cans ofsoda. The fries were some of the best I?ve had. I had a Korean fried chicken sandwich which was good. My brother had achicken club that was phenomenal. Definitely would stop in again when I?m in the area. Read more
