This place has the worst customer service. We waited for a long time while the person working at the time happens to be friends... with some high school customers, so they were "taking their time" picking their stuff and chit chatting, while my daughter and Iwaited patiently for our turn. When it was finally our turn to order, the staff left her station and went to chit chat morewith her friends, so we waited more, then I said "hello? we've been waiting for a long time", she said "sorry we cannot keep upwith your pace" with an attitude. Then her colleague came to take our order and we asked for a glazed donut for my daughter,this guy picked the smallest and the most smooshed donut out of all and my daughter said "this is so small" with a sad face, Ilooked at the guy and he said "they are all roughly the same size" without offering to replace with another one. We ended upleaving the store very upset, and those 2 staff behind the counter were laughing. Dunkin is meant to make kids happy, in thiscase, my kid was unhappy and as a paying customer, I was even more angry. I suggest the store manager to hire more selectively,they don't need to be competent but please be at least courteous with some manners. Horrible I drove here 5 miles to get an iced latte 15 minutes before they closed and they said they shut down the machines... because they?re closing soon. Terrible! Read more
So slow and there are 5 people working and not one is taking orders. Waited 10 mins to get helped
My favorite Dunkin in the area! The service here is always great and the staff is very welcoming. I look forward to coming to... this location every time because the drinks are great and the staff usually gets orders out quickly. Read more
I usually like this location because of the friendliness, speed and accuracy related to my order. However, I strongly recommend... that the gentleman who takes the orders and makes the coffee isn?t wearing gloves or washing his hands frequently. When makingmy coffee this morning (around 8:15 am) I noticed that his fingernails were filthy as he had on. I gloves. Given COVID, this isnot a good look!!! Read more
Should probably rate this four or five stars but I'm just not a fan of Dunken Donuts anymore. Why would I go here when there are... so many places around that offer much better coffee? I do appreciate that they now do have alternative milks if you are plantbased. They could offer a lot more though. Read more
Before the new manager, people and services were great. The new manager (Jamaican guy) doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't... know how to speak to his employees! Not manager material! I wouldn't be surprised if people quit because of him! He is alwaysmessing up orders! Find someone new so I can give a higher rating!
