Bit of a disappointment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Games were just ok. But my son (10 years old) loves to go to win... tickets, and jackpots are the excitement. Almost EVERY game pays out 4 tickets. The most we saw was 8 tickets. So we accumulated400 tickets (thanks to 180 left on a card someone left) and were able to leave with a bag full of 5 pieces of candy afterplaying for an hour. Will head to Dave and Busters. Maybe this is OK for a 3-6 year old who just wants to hit buttons, seelights and hear noises. Read more
Loved coming here before Covid the staff has always been very professional friendly and so sweet to the kids. We didn?t visit... this location in a while and we just did on Saturday July 23rd and it was really frustrating to find out that you only get 8 5or 10 points on the machines regardless of you winning the jackpot or big prize on any game. I spend more than 200 dollars atthe visit and I felt like it was not worth it. I understand that times are hard and businesses are going through it but we arealso hard working people who bring our children to have a good time winning the games and trying to get the big prices. What isthe point then? And yes playing the games is fun and all but is not the same any more. I was told it was a new New Jersey lawthat was made don?t know if that is true but that?s what one of the staff members mentioned. Will not be visiting chuckey cheeseanymore. No longer fun at all. Absolutely wonderful!! Had my sons 2nd birthday here and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional!!! Our party... manager was Chris and he is an absolute gem!! Super sweet and we didn?t have to worry about a thing! My son loved his party andall of our guests had a fantastic time!!! We definitely will be back very soon!!! Read more
I went here with my parents tonight and we had a good time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and didn't give me a hard... time at all. What could be improved is that all of the tables were disgusting and we had to have someone to clean a table forus. We still had a good time, but please keep your area cleaner! We are in the middle of a pandemic for crying out loud! Sidenote: I wore a Chuck E Cheese cosplay here and a lot of employees liked it and three people thought I worked at the placebecause of it. I just thought that I would share that funny story that happened to me there. LOL. Read more
Affordable, not too crowded, they don't wipe or clean the play stations regardless how may people keep touching< not covid... cautious in my opinion. Otherwise relatively young staffers but who are very nice and professional. Read more
Kids love this place, a lot of games for different age groups. Never try their food that's why I didn't rate it.
