Expect multiple hour waits for your food even with no one else there. The restaurant needs to hire another staff member they... currently try to get by with 2 people doing everything including making the sushi, seating people, taking orders, and cookinghot food. Paid a lot for very little fish and cold pork chashu in the ramen. I would recommend avoiding this place until theyeither lower their prices or improve service and food. Read more

Upon entering i noticed two tables dining, not very busy yet the food still manages to take almost 20 minutes to come out... Its... not like this place is understaffed, theres two waitress and a sushi chef, whats the hold up?.. Also, the waitress (older lady)was extremely rude towards me. I asked if i could change my phone, she tells me there are no chargers in the store. alrightthen.... later i tell them im paying with apple pay and my phone is at 2% then she says okay i can charge your phone for you!straight comedy.. now on to the food, its your average ramen, nothing special. i doubt they sell enough ramens to makeeverything fresh so all the broths and toppings are all kept in the freezer because i kept hearing the microwave go on and off.Definitely wont be coming back here, id rather waste my money on other things. Only good thing about the store is the youngerwaitress, very polite and helped me choose which ramen to order. this experience was so bad i dont even want to bother revisingmy review, dont make the same mistake as i did, go somewhere else... food 1/5 service 1/5 Also a note to the owner : Ive been inthe restaurant biz for a long time and i know not everything can be crystal clean but come on, clean up that stove top you guysboil the ramen in, its FILTHY. you can literally see a thick crust of oil and dried food covering the stainless steelcountertops and stovetops. you can do better. thank you Read more

I wanna urge you to not go to this restaurant for your own good, and maybe others? too. If you care about a fairly comfortable... dining experience, this may not be the place, unfortunately. If you want to be treated equally with respect in a restaurant, this may not be the place, what a shame!! If you just want fairly good Japanese food, this may not be the place neither?? Read more

This is the worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had over my 5 years in Princeton. The waitress was super rude and inflexible... about seating even though it?s clearly possible. She smashed the menu on the counter when we decided to go somewhere else forlunch. Would NOT recommend, especially for groups larger than one! Read more

We have dined here twice so far, and both times were very underwhelmed with the service and food quality given the price. The... first time we went, we ordered an avocado roll; but the second time, we were rudely informed that they don?t have avocado rolls(and that they?ve never served them). You can clearly see the avocado rolls in the photo included. The server also took foreverto take our order both times, and the food took ridiculously long to prepare. Both times we ordered ramen, and the toppings forthe ramen was cold! It wasn?t just cold, it was ice cold! Considering we waited almost 45 minutes for our food, this was rathersurprising. The food was very expensive, and we didn?t even get water. Definitely not going back. Read more

BEST RAMEN IN PRINCETON. Nothing like finding a tiny, half-underground restaurant to serve you the best ramen in town. It takes... a little while to get your food, but be assured, the quality is worth the wait. The slow-stewed broth was to die for. Reallytruly the best ramen I've had in town and in recent month. Highly recommend. Read more

Truly superb sushi, fresh fish, perfectly cooked rice. Hands-down best in Princeton area. Lovely waitresses too!

The sushi platter is fresh but a bit over priced at $30. The ankimo is a bit fishy and I don?t think it?s as fresh from the... color. Sushi rice is a bit chewy and miso soup is a bit salty. Overall fish quality is good but over priced. Service was a bitlower than average. Read more
