I drive 50 miles every weekend to get Popeyes, and I swear 9 out of 10 times, they forgot something when I get home. I always... call and they say, they'll fix it, but nope. And now I began asking the cashier that takes my order, can you please make sureall my food is in the box? And even after I start doing that, half my food is still missing? I went to the drive thru to order strips. They said didn't have any because the friers are turn off becuse they were closing in... 10 mins. So I order chicken sandwiches, red beans n rice, and Mac n cheese. The chicken one of the chicken sandwiches was astrip they just put on a bun. The rice was so hard couldn't even attempt to eat it. went thru drivethru, and did not receive sauces for popcorn shrimp or boneless chicken wings, also classic chicken sandwich was... missing. went back thru drivethru and showed the receipt. the lady that gave us our missing items was so mad and rude,I thinkshe was a manager,but she didn't even say I'm sorry for any inconvenience. last time we go to the princess anne popeyes. we havehad great experiences at all popeyes except this one. Ordered a 3 piece, spicy, white meat meal from drive thru. Received instead a two piece ( 1 breast & 1 wing) and the wing I did... receive was very tiny. In addition the chicken was mild not spicy as ordered. Read more
