Reviews for Galaxy Gardens Restaurant in Prince Rupert, BC
Very friendly staff, clean restaurant. Not worth the price though. The lemon chicken batter was soggy and the chow mein was... mediocre and bland. Read more
Dinner for two was very good. HUGE amount of food it fed us for 2 meals. And very tasty! Thanks i will be back.
Our favorite place for my husband and i. They do know how to make great egg rolls. The best.
Garbage! Had a burger n fries, Soggy Fries, soggy bun, the burger patty looked like dog food quality. Chowmein soggy, noodles... appeared to be boiled and then fried. Dont waste your time or money in this place. Read more
Food was perfect. I got a combination plate of sweet and sour Cantonese boneless pork, Chicken chow mein and deep fried prawns.... The chow mein was nice and dry (not soggy) and the prawns were cooked perfectly. The service was great as always Read more
They plate their dimsum instead of having it kept warm in the stacked wicker steamers. So food gets cold fast. Priced higher... than anywhere else in town, the food is par to compared places for cheaper but you can preorder the day before so you don't getstuck waiting super long for your food. Read more
Their takeout leaves much to be desired. A combination order of chicken chow mein, deep fried prawns and beef chop suey was... pathetic. Really, how do you screw up something so simple. Picture larger than normal noodles, you know like "Itchy Bum"noodles, with a tablespoon of shredded chicken dumped on top, yup that's the chow mien. The prawns or probably shrimp had 3times the volume of batter covering them, so if you like a big blob of gooey, greasy deep fried oily flour balls, fly at er'. The only edible thing was the chop suey. Would have been nice to receive more than 4 small shaved pieces of flank steak for theprotein portion of the chop suey. SAD, SAD, SAD, SAD Read more
