I ordered online and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. When he got to the drive through to pick it up the individual at the... window on 9/12/2022 at 12:25pm, has the nastiest attitude and is a terrible look for this company- my boyfriend had to call meand kept me on the phone so that I can over hear the interaction. My boyfriend said he had a pick up and the women confirmed shehad the order but said nothing further so out of respect he asked if she would like him to pull forward, she then states ?wellif you want your food then yeah? which is extremely unprofessional and sarcastic. He was told to park and wait for his food-then when got the food he asked the guy to wait while he checked the bag and the employee walked away and ignored him- myboyfriend called for him 3 times and was ignored- he realized that they did not give us a $4 item we ordered so he went up tothe door to ask for assistance where the door was found locked. He proceeded to knock and watched the employees look at himwave, and laughat him. So he then went back to the line and asked for assistance and they ignored him- he then proceeded to gothrough the line again where he advised that he needed his food and the women proceeded to give him nasty looks, refused to makeeye contact, had a disrespectful tone, and is clearly having a bad day that she was taking out on customers. As someone who hasworked in fast food previously as a manager, she would have been terminated for treating people so poorly.
