I always order hot chocolate from tim hortons in the hart. But 99% I always get horrible hot chocolate. It feels like I'm... drinking hot water. So terrible. They need to calibrate their machine on a regular basis. Most of the tim hortons in princegeorge has this issue. Either the staff is very lazy to calibrate the machine or they just don't know how to do it. Propertraining programme must be placed for new employees. Read more
Very disappointed in Tim hortons, Very sad that every time we go there we must check all orders to make sure they are made... correctly. I will never go to a Tim's again because I am over being upset. Ie. I order a bagel belt and they forget to putthe eggs or cheese or meat. Tim hortins suck. I can understand that people make mistakes at times but It seems like everytime I go there my order is not correct. Read more
Terrible service, consistently getting orders wrong, fair few of the cashiers with horrible attitudes and customer service... skills. This has to be one of the worst locations in town by far. Read more
Great place to stop before going to Prince George or when leaving. As Mackenzie bc doesn't have a Tim hortons even if on Google... maps shows we do. Read more
Orders are wrong 4 out 5 times even when done on Skip or Tim's Mobile order. Larger sandwiches are never fully cut in half... resulting in pulling out full half sandwich and the bottom of the other half while on the road. Read more
Went in, cashier was quick to take our order with no mistakes. Good and drinks came promptly after. All was delicious! Typically... the drive thru is a HUGE line so we went inside. Happy we did, great service overall. Read more
This is a Sausage McMuffin with extra sausage and extra cheese, no egg? Get home and wow! If I wanted a toasted English muffin,... I would ordered as such. Read more
