I'd give 0 stars if possible. Bun smelt extremely stale and tasted even worse... Chicken on the bun appeared to be from 5 days... before. Old and dry! Couldn't muster more than a bite. Gravy extremely runny, watered down and tastless. Though it's a pain, I'mtaking this back for a full refund. Not putting money in their pockets to continue doing an extremely poor job. KFC needs tohold their franchisees to much higher standards! This one is unacceptable. Read more
