I'll make this quick since it's fast food. The food here has always been good and the staff have always been pleasant. Good job!
I love DQ food, but I prefer the other Dairy Queen for the customer experience. I'm not sure why this location has a lot of... rules, but it really doesn't feel like they value their customers. Some of the rules include: - No drink refills because ofCOVID - No easy access to washroom... you have to ask the staff to open the door which leads to stairs to the basement. Heavenforbid you have accessibility issue. - No dine-in option during COVID. They have since relaxed on this, but during the pandemicthey checked vaccine passport. This establishment is not the type of restaurant who is entitled to check passports, so thisbothered me. Read more
Dairy Queen on 3rd Ave. always has great food and good service. Their ice cream cakes are the best in town. My only beef with... Dairy Queen is they've become way too expensive. Read more
Weirdest parking space/drivethru ever. Difficult to get out of parking when drivethru is busy
Went to DQ to get blizzards. DQ had sent out flyers recently with coupons so we thought why not. When we ordered the blizzards I... told them I had a BoGo coupon. At the window the cashier took the coupon and repeated the original non discounted price. I hadto ask for them to apply the coupon. I'm not sure if it's lack or training or general not caring. Their attitude said that theyhave probably scammed other people and not cared. Will not be returning to this DQ again. A couple bucks is not the end of theworld, but good customer service shouldn't be hard to come by. Read more
Politely asked and paid for whipped cream on my treatzza pizza. The employee was preparing the order when the manager came out... and scolded the employee. She said very rudely, " we don't do that here for anyone"! To top it off, I wasn't even offered arefund. That manager needs some serious workshops if she wants to continue that job. Read more

The last 4 out of 5 times I have purchased a cake they messed it up.
