Why are you guys so rude?

After nearly 15 minutes of waiting, not being helped or even acknowledged I walked out. There was one other customer in there... already sitting down waiting for her order when I walked in to place my order. The young girl running the store this evening hasreally poor service skills and definitely can't operate more than 1 machine at a time. The smoothie and food was good, but I was very unimpressed with one of the staff. There were only two girls working and one was... making all the drinks, the food, and taking orders while the other girl sat in the back on her phone complaining how she wantedto go home early and take a nap. I felt really bad for the one girl who was actually working, and had to put up with a miserableand unhelpful coworker. Very unprofessional. Read more

The quality of drinks have gone down. My smoothies don?t taste anything like they do at the other two locations, and they are... extremely watery. A few months ago when i was here the two employees working had several friends visiting them behind thecounter, touching things and not wearing masks, and they quickly hid when customers came in. I used to come here often, butoverall the quality of drinks and customer service has gone down and I choose to make a longer drive to other locations when iwant a smoothie. Read more

I go here almost every morning. I would say 80% of the time my drinks are not made correctly. The drink is what I ordered but... the employees do not use correct ingredients. The drinks usually taste bitter. I have heard from a friend of a friend thatworkers will use the wrong juice if the correct one is out because it?s too much work to refill the juice in the machine. Staffare friendly and otherwise I have had good experiences here, regardless I should get what I pay for. Read more
