It was super busy but the young man Jordin (may have spelled it wrong) was so considerate and helpful. He kept apologizing for... the wait. I also watched the manager throw away fries if they were waiting too long to make sure everyone received hot fries???? never seen that in fast food which explains why they are so busy the food was hot and delicious Read more
How in the hell does this dump have a 3.5 when all I see are one star terrible reviews? I love Wendy's. My favorite fast food.... Which makes the fact that the only one near my house is so God awful terrible. THE WORST FAST FOOD PLACE it doesn't even comeclose. Avoid this hole there is nothing good about it. Read more
Well I gave up Wendy's in the Metro Detroit Michigan area. I figured a day of being a tourist in the DC area and ending up in... Prince Frederick Maryland I decided to go to Wendy's because the other option was Applebee's. It was late and I didn't want tospend the time through the process at Applebee's. So I figured I'd try Wendy's maybe it will be different. I'm disappointed butnot really because they met my minimal preconceived expectation. So the problem is I ordered the #7 meal for almost $11.00dollars added a large chilli for a total of almost $16.00. The bacon cheeseburger was missing lettuce, tomato and I think it wassupposed to have a second slice of cheese. One more worthless point I asked for two packets of chilli hot sauce and we'll you'llsee the pictures. Read more
i honestly wish i could give this place 0 stars. and i hardly ever leave both good or bad reviews.. but do not go here. the... employees are THE laziest people i have ever seen. when the line is 30+ minutes and i sit there and wait i expect to be served.the last 4 times i?ve gone there when the line is that long they never fail to tell the last half of the line that the ?systemis down.? and the system will ?be right back up? by the time the first half of the line has cleared.. absolutely pathetic. idon?t expect these people to make it far in life when they have absolutely ZERO work ethic.. oh and not to mention the employeesliterally cuss each other out over the mics.. in which the costumers can hear.. something needs to be done asap. why have arestaurant run by children. Ordered food, noticed the price wasn't what was on the drive thru menu, said something, they refused to fix it. We explained... that they can't charge a different price than what's advertised. The manager repeatedly refuses, and as she closes the door shesays she doesn't like it when people get smart with her. The cashier comes back and says she can't change the price, so werequest the manager again and finally after some arguing back and forth (we were professional the whole time which was difficultconsidering the manager was almost never professional). The manager "T" then slammed the door on purpose in our face. So hard itbounced back 4 inches. Luckily the food was OK. This lady should not be a manager, and I hope my complaint to corporate is takenseriously. Read more
DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDYS!!!!!!!Absolutely the worst Wendy's ever. Says dining room is open till 10 but the doors were locked by... 845. Sat I. The drive through for almost 10 minutes and no on took our order. Drove around to the window just for the girl toget and attitude because we wanted something to eat. We read the reviews but took a chance. Bad move. At 10:15 pm we ordered 5 Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburgers and 5 fries for my... family. No drinks. No other customers around, just us. We noticed the employees were standing outside when we first drove in soperhaps they were already done for the night?.. even though there was nearly 2 hours left on their shift. I've worked in fastfood and retail, so I understand the pressure, so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to the staff. Well.... Since wewere the only ones there..how hard is this really?? Apparently they didn't want to restart the fryers or pull out the correctingredients because when we got home, we pulled out 5 bourbon bacon burgers instead of what I ordered. They looked like theypulled the leftover pieces of onion rings from the bottom of the fryer and put them on the burgers because they were justcrumbs. Not to mention, this is NOT WHAT I ORDERED. HEY- If you don't want to be honest about what you're really giving me whenI give you my hard earned cash then just tell me up front and I'll go back home and eat CEREAL!!! The fries- they seemed ok. Igot no receipt and almost left without my credit card due to the guy not giving it back to me except as an afterthought at thelast second after my food was delivered to me outside. I'll be keeping a close watch on my account, as always. Before I pulledaway from the drive thru to wait for my food, I heard an employee griping about "someone ordering 5 burgers"...gee..it's 2 hourstil close...this is what you get paid for. Never again.
