Love this place but need to keep chocolate flavors!!
Clean friendly wish they had chocolate and vanilla mix option
I have never been to sweet frog or had frozen yogurt prior, so it was my first time. It wasn?t busy, customers seemed to have... been in and out really quick. I was extremely nervous about the flavors, so I had asked an employee, he introduced himself asAidan and if I had any questions to ask. Due to personal health restrictions, I had lots of questions about dairy free products,low-sugar, no-sugar, and the different non-fat yogurt that sweetfrog offers! Aidan was able to help me with all my questions andwasn?t rushing me, and was completely patient and extremely helpful. He offered other options for me, and I appreciated his helpso much. He took his time and noticed I was a little nervous, and reassured me that I could take my time. He made me feelcomfortable and was extremely caring and nice to me, that completely made the entire rest of my day! Read more
Extremely expensive. My husband went in to get us two cups of ice cream? did not fill them up all the way and barely put... toppings on them and the total came to $18.79. That is crazy! Good thing we didn?t have our two kids with us because it wouldhave been double the price! It?s a shame because we love to support small businesses in this county but we will not be returningto Sweet Frog in PF. Read more
Store cleanliness was very subpar. Most of the toppings were empty and it was obvious the staff was getting a jump on closing... by pulling the topping containers out of the cold well. Tables were not cleaned. Probably will not be back until they figureout the staffing and supervision again. Read more
They get it right. Temperature is nice and cool inside. Great selection of flavors. I tried the caramel apple blend this time.... Everyone was very satisfied. Read more
Almost every table in here was filthy and there was only a couple people that came in the whole time we were here. No excuse as... to why since there were 2 employees working at the time with almost no customers. Read more
For a good treat with the ability to control your fat calories, this is a great place. The flavors are rotated often and it's a... good alternative to ice cream. Read more
