Went through drive-thru last night at 10pm and I asked the employee for a chicken sandwich. He said no they don't have those at... night - okay, whatever- the speaker box and his thick accent made it VERY hard to hear and understand him- so I asked if I couldget a grilled cheese panini and he YELLED at me saying "NO YOU CANT HAVE IT RIGHT NOW!" I was beyond embarrassed and myboyfriend wanted to leave so we drove off and didn't order anything. Terrible customer service. Read more
Coffee is good, baked goods had like a dozen Flys landing on everything. 9 am stroll in and there's fresh cookies on the counter... along with like 10 Flys landing on them. No thanks. Read more
We pulled in for a coffee and a break and were surprised and very disappointed to find they closed all indoor seating. Lots of... room but tables and chairs piles high. No reason - just a management decision, and no sign posted indicating TAKE OUT ONLY. Read more

Service was fine. Not happy about these paper straws though. They aren't any better for the environment like people think. They... aren't able to be recycled because it takes a special machine to break them down which most places don't have. There are otheroptions to help the environment Read more
Fast and efficient service. Even made a special thunder buddy logo on my cup as a special request. Only did it once. I try to be... fast as the lines can get long during peak hours. Read more
Faster than the last time I went right into the establishment. Usually it seems drive thru is their main priority when getting... orders out fast which is understandable but that don't mean you sacrifice the business that come in the doors and order right?
