This is a busy, but always flowing location. They often are out of stock on products. Staff are always happy.
They dont have a nitro cold brew ...at this location.....i thought all the Starbucks location must have all types of beverages
It was great! A little slow but you could tell it was her first day as she had to be shown how to make the beverage but she did... a great job. I think her name was Tara. The young man giving her directions did a bang up job too. Good job all around. Read more
I was just there with my wife in the drive through. We received my wife's tea and the lid popped off and spilt over her hand and... legs. I had to ask the cashier twice for some napkins and a new lid. I got the supplies and my drink, got home and I made sureher lid was on properly, but for the amount of foam in the cup it came off again and burnt her leg. I tried calling the storefrom 9:20pm till 9:30pm. It amazing me that NO one answered the phone. I know how a business operates, if you hear a phoneringing you answer it and help out the customer. Good experiences so far. The usual go to coffee place in town. Jen was super helpful with my last order. However the drive... through can become scary long some days, as in 20 plus cars deep. Staff are always beyond friendly and accommodating to difficult orders. Drive thru times are much improved, consistency isn't... always there for the drinks but if you say something they will try to make it right. Read more
