I really give it a 2.5 out of 5 customer service was absolutely amazing at this location he was extremely friendly seemed to... care about his clients and seemed happy we were there. Sadly the inside needs help it’s hideous in there wasn’t verycomforting the table cloth where I was sitting had sauce on it and was sticky looked gross no entertainment for the customers inexample no music no TV these things matter when you sit down to eat inside the food was not the best had a deluxe pizza thepictures on the order board up top make the pizza look thicker then it actually is there were hardly any toppings vegetablestasted old by about a day or 2 crust tasted gross hardly any meat on the pizza cheese tasted discount. The size of the pizzawasn’t bad evenly cut 18inch pizza was good enough for 2-3 people to eat but like I said for what you pay you don’t get aton of pizza some changes need to be made but for sure keep the person that was working, working because he did an excellentjob. Pros: - Service is good and staff is friendly. - Timely preparation. (You can expect a pickup order to be done quickly) - Prices... are pretty similar to other places in the city. - Crust is the right balance of chewy and soft. Cons: - Not much meat is put onthe pizza when compared to other places in the city. Meat lovers beware. - The overall pizza is a little dry. Other: - Veggiesare a bit on the under cooked side, not bad if you're into that sort of thing. - The sauce is sweet and is not the usual spiceand flavor that other places use. My personal preference is a more savory and simpler sauce, but this one is a bit more complexand sweet. Conclusion: All in all, the pizza is okay. It can compete with Dominoes and Little Caesars no problem. When comparedwith some of the places that have made a name for themselves in PA, it doesn't quite hold up. However, the customer service ispretty great there, and it would be great to see this place improve and grow. Read more
If you ever want to feel like you're welcome in an establishment I'd recommend Crown Pizza. Friendly staff, fresh food as you... order. Sure you got to wait, but that's the best part knowing you have something hot fresh n prepped right then. Pepperoni withbacon, crown special, and a deluxe pizza. They were mmmm.
