Food was absolutely terrible. Had to throw it all out. Not to sure what they did to chicken and onion rings but must have been... OLD oil in fryer, tasted like fish or something AWEFUL EXPERIENCE., worst I've ever had, what a waste I will never eat at thislocation again (The one by superstore.) Read more
Tables needed a wipe down, other then that was a great whopper,fries and drinks with refills.
Great service as always and orders never screwed up like McDonald's where you need to check the bag before leaving
Worst customer service. If I can only give them -10 i will definitely give it to them. Went for a drive thru and ordered 8pcs... nuggets and burgers, when we got to the next window, we ask if we can just add 1 more 8pcs nuggets..they told us no we can't addanymore because they're so busy, and they need to shorten their drive thru time, and its a managers directives to not give usany additional orders? Really? You don't need additional sales?? we are shocked because there is no line up in the drive thru,NOT A SINGLE CAR besides ours and no line up inside, and there are lots of staff just standing around and they cant give us anadditional nuggets. And we still waited for so long to get our orders done. No ketchup, no sauce for the nuggets. Worst customerservice ever Read more
If there was an option for -5 I would definitely give it to them. I went there at 10:20 AM and there was no one upfront. I... called the guy at the back and guess what.? He saw me and turned his back on me. I again called is there anyone here and no onebothered to care and they could listen to me but no. One guy was sweeping and other guy looked at me and turned his back. Goodjob the way you treat customers.
