We are normally looking forward to go to Boston Pizza, but in the last half of a year it changed. Service is sometimes bad. Food... is always good. But even the toilets were cleaning on other days. Read more
Last time we went to BP's it wasn't great, and hadn't been in a while because of that... but we went in tonight not expecting... much. However tonight we had the best server (name on our receipt was Reanne B - she was wearing #20 Donaldson jersey), who notonly brought us pop when she noticed we were getting low, she also came over to check on our food and that everything wascorrect and just was great! Food was great but the service wasn't too good. We asked for a pizza and they forgot to ask us what size of pizza so instead of... getting a small 8 sliced pizza we got an individual 6 sliced one. The fish that came with the pasta was also a bit burnt too.Definity not the best BP's I've been to. Read more
Our server, Lexi, hasn't came to our table for 30 minutes. Has only asked for our drink order and that's all. Wasn't even at our... table for more then 15 seconds between dropping off our drinks and leaving again. So my aunt picked me up to help her get a riding mower and said ," let's eat at BP". Hey it's a free meal so I says "ok". She... ordered cactus fries for the both of us and it's one of those spicy food that creeps up on you and you go "Whoa". As soon as youswallow this thin potatoe your throat feels the spicy heat. Great experience with the outstanding staff and management. Came here with my family. We got set up in a booth where someone... just finished stringing up little plastic ornaments. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and a plate of nachos. Food was great.During the meal, one of the small plastic ornaments falls on our table. No damage and nothing went wrong. We had 2 servers and amanager apologizes to us. They then offer us each a free dessert. Overall a great meal. Read more
I'd give this place 5 stars because they had amazing service and incredible food and drinks. The outdoor patio is perfect on a... sunny day. If you want something quiet, try the main restaurant. The bar is good for sport occasions or just to enjoy adifferent atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Read more
