Kind staff, but not stocked with anything for walk-in order at 12:45 pm on Sunday 6/26. The kid tried to send me away because he... comments he ?has to close and get his door dash orders done..? front sign says they close at 7 pm. Worest subway ever. I had one foot long grilled chicken and it has only the half size of normal store. Will never come again.
Just went in to grab two quick sandwiches with my friend. The only worker there, Johnathan, was awful. First off, he let out a... loud grunt/sigh when we walked in. He was so rude. When asked what cheese i?d like i just replied ?provolone? that of which herudely replied ?yeah that?s what i figured? then walked to the back. I am extremely disappointed. I ordered online, should've been ready at 5:05, got to Subway at 5:03... order is not done, not... even started. There is a young man working ALONE. 6 people in line. I know there is a shortage of people willing to work. Maybethey shouldn't allow online ordering until they are staffed for it. ???? Update: the young man handled the orders so well forbeing alone. I just picked up a catering order which I made asking for the toppings on the side. They had already made everything with all... toppings on the sandwiches. The manager apologetically took all the toppings off and put together a fresh tray of toppings to gowith my order. I really appreciate the extra effort she put into delivering my catering order. Will definitely order thereagain. Read more
Last time I was there I ordered a hot sandwich. The so called manager pulled the meat out of the oven, and left it sitting on... the counter well she made cold sandwiches for the people in front of me,and when another employee came out to take care of therest of us, she told him to go back and bake more bread and went on talking to the people with the cold sandwiches! The lady that made our sandwiches was extremely nice! She greeted us as soon as we walked in! A+++ in my eyes, plus she was... engaging in conversation and smiling the whole time. Andrea gave great service and made a great sandwich. When I came in she was cheerful and greeted me, and since she had been... sweeping, went over and follow health protocols and did a proper washing, which I noticed and appreciated.
