Done with this location, it's always a half hour wait to mobile orders. This last time it was 45 minutes of waiting and when I... asked about my order it was gone they took so long it left their order screen. I had to give them my phone so they could chasethe order down. Last time I was in there I was talking to a family traveling through town who had the exact same issue with anhour wait. I will continue to use other locations except the one in Price, unfortunately it's too slow. Went to BK after thisrefund and got my order in 5 minutes. That's FAST FOOD! Read more
I've never had such a salty burger in my life. I had to throw it away....I didn't even know they salt their burgers themselves!... Also, they "accidentally" Skipped my order, TWICE. I waited while several window orders and 2 lobby orders that were behind mewere served. The last 3 times before this I took my kids to get coffee it took over 45 minutes....just for coffees. Highlyrecommend going elsewhere. The staff apologized but seriously it wasn't worth it since it was disgusting food too. Read more

Review from October 2022 Service at this location is unacceptable. You are better off going somewhere else. Over the last six... months service at this McDonalds location has had a drastic decline in quality. You used to be able to place mobile orders andgo through the drive-thru and expect to get your food reasonably quickly and have it come out accurate and hot. That is not thecase any more. Do not even think about placing a mobile order here. If they remember your order at all they will leave it on thecounter until you go inside, wait in line, and ask for it, by then your (almost certainly incorrect) order will be cold. We havebeen trying to avoid the mobile order fiasco by going through the drive-through. It is extremely slow regardless of the time,but it almost completely stops anywhere near lunch or off-work time. Again, orders placed at the drive through are almost alwaysincorrectly made. Overall food quality is inconsistent too. One day fries will have almost no salt at all, other times they willbe standard. Getting a correct drink order is impossible and regardless the soda will almost certainly be flat or have a weirdtaste. Read more
Wait times are absolutely absurd these days. To the point something has to be done ASAP. It's ridiculous. I get this place is... busy. They must make a fortune, so hire more staff or something. In all of their years in business this McDonald's has neverbeen this slow. It's painfully slow. Do better. Don't even think using the curb side will help you beat the line. You'll bewaiting even longer they prioritize drive thru and push curb side orders aside, but at least you won't burn a ton of gas. Read more
So I took my daughter here to play on the playground ; however, it's closed due to covid. Yet, they want you to touch dirty... kiosks in the dining area to order. The tables are still open t and not clean. The beverage bar is open snd not clean. On topof that there were a few workers that were wearing a mask and the mask did not cover their nose except for one woman. Oh heythere ya go... one of the workers just sneezed in their hand and continued to work. For goodness sake hypocrites.... open theplay area!! Read more
Place was busy. They have enough people working, door are open, but you can not done in, yet. About mask it is required but... depending who is your cashier (one will be ask you to wear one and wait outside) even though there was almost 15 people withoutit. Overall it was good. Management keep everyone working.....but like I said it was busy. Read more
