I mean like most chain places the quality is about the same at any location you go to. It?s always good? It?s always the same... and consistent. My only complaint is we do pizza portal pick up a lot and I?d say 75% of the time when we get there, it?s notready, even though we got the email and code saying that it was? And I?d say at least half of the time that it?s not ready weend up having to wait 20 to 30 minutes for our order & it?s almost always wrong. A lot of the time they say that people thatcome in to order get priority so our order gets taken and given to them if they need it? Or they will sometimes be completelyhonest and say they?ve been so busy they haven?t been able to make anything for people who aren?t physically there waiting. Thatto me doesn?t make any sense.There has been a time or two where we?ve told them this wasn?t our order, & they told us if wedidn?t take it we can wait another 30 minutes for the correct order, or we can take that order (that someone placed for thepizza portal) & call it a day.. One of the most difficult pizza places here! They never answer the phone at night. And more than once. Have locked the door... before closing time. I was told that they quit making pizza a half hour before they close. It makes no sense to be open. Feelingfrustrated!!! Read more
Pizza most of the time is amazing but periodically if you call in to do a take out order no one even answers the phone and this... has personally happened to me more than 4 times it's rediculous. Read more
Ordered a half cheese, half pep. They gave me pep all over and put extra cheese over the pepperoni to cover it up. Price little... caesars use to be my favorite because they really cared about the value and quality of what they were making. Buuuut it?s reallygone down hill which is a bummer. Read more
Got this pizza tonight. The manager hung up on me when I called to ask if this is an acceptable pizza. The district manager was... annoid when he had to call me to explain this is an exceptable pizza from Little Caesars.. That is how they look.... And afterhim lecturing and making excuses and lying about wanting to make it right because he continued lecturing and making excuses..... You get what you pay for. I've gotten little chasers in different towns and cities and whatever they are doing here is better than anywhere else! Hot,... friendly service people, they only complaint is that the fridge where they keep their soda has a door that swooshes open reallyfast, I told my little girl she could get a sprite and the door swung open so fast she didn't have time to react and it smashedher fingers, I almost smashed my own trying to get in their as well.
