Update after giving my number for a call back manager never called at this point i will never return to this subway or gas... station customer service is a real problem here......Ordered sub on app for pickup asked for extra tomato when got to storethey were still making and I noticed there's only 2 slices on sub so a asked about my order and that it was extra not less shethe insured me that the tomato is under the lettuce I found this odd but sure ok I went home and yup 2 tomato only called in sothey could just make it right later but it was like pulling teeth asked for a manager and none there asked to have a storemanager call and acted like the could not hear number. We walked in at 8:42 I ordered my sub then my wife walked up to order and Mary at the Subway in Preston Maryland said you know... we close at 9:00 (very snotty)this was at 8:45. After my wife ordered another man walked in and asked if they were closed andshe replied (very snotty) I'm trying to be. So what I have to say is if you don't want to work til your shift is over then quit. Read more
Usually good, but inconsistent staff brings the quality down occassionally. Tuna's too creamy for my taste, but everything else... typically looks good. Definitely clutch since they're open late. Read more
Most of the staff is super friendly ex for in the morning there is an older woman with long blonde hair that is very rude a... always miserable I would rather go to a different location in the morning then to have to deal with her ! Read more
Went in to get 2 breakfast sandwiches, there was an older blonde behind the counter that was extremely rude and rolling her... eyes. Never had an issue like this before going in the afternoon and will never have an issue like this in the morning againbecause I refuse to go back. Tried to call and cole to speak with a manager and nobody ever answered the phone. Read more
