In my 30 years of consuming fast food I have never had such amazing and wonderful customer service. Sammy helped me through the... drive-thru and she had the voice of angels. This girl had a line of seven cars by the time I pulled up, and I could hear howclear, clean and kind her voice was with each individual person. The most polite way possible she asked if I could wait so shecould catch up on the orders, and I happily obliged. When I came up to the window her makeup was so fun just like herpersonality. Seriously Taco Bell whatever you're doing to keep this girl keep doing it and you might as well give this girl araise, she he deserves it. Thank you so much Sammy! Read more

I came through the drive through about 10:15pm, 12 minutes ago. I ordered a $21.28 party pack of 12 tacos. When I got home, I... had 2 chilupas, 2 tacos and a burrito. Quite a difference in size and price, and was meant to feed a few people. It's late, theywere busy, and I totally understand mistakes happen. I also would've been completely fine with returning for the correct food,but the phone has been removed from the hook, and after 6 calls, I gave up and did something else for dinner. Staff tries to be nice but are not the brightest. Gave my order to someone else and charged me 18.00$ for a drink and burrito.... Went back around and the lady seemed to not care that I had came back to get more food because they gave away 2 burritos and 12Cinnamon delights to someone else. Learn how to serve a window before you open a drive-through. Would not recommend eating hereunless forced to or if you enjoy cold food that isn?t your food. Read more
every single time i have ordered a quesadilla from here there?s no cheese. i don?t understand how hard it is to make this, it?s... cheese and tortilla? put the cheese on it. i went in and showed them and they gave me 2 free replacement quesadillas, and thosedidn?t have hardly any cheese either. Definitely recommend drive thru. Lady staff was super sweet. The chicken tacos are really yummy! And they had nacho fries!!... Everything seemed fresh & was really good. Quick service even w a couple cars in line before me. Love the digital menu, makingyour order so very clear. Pretty efficient. This is my 1 & only experience here so far & it was not disappointing. Not enough staff to keep the cashier spot filled. Breakfast rush and a total of 3 people where working. And the register was... abandon. I don't use those silly self ordering tablets there is staff that can be paid to do that. And I get no discounts or getpaid to do their jobs. Read more
