In my 30 years of consuming fast food I have never had such amazing and wonderful customer service. Sammy helped me through the... drive-thru and she had the voice of angels. This girl had a line of seven cars by the time I pulled up, and I could hear howclear, clean and kind her voice was with each individual person. The most polite way possible she asked if I could wait so shecould catch up on the orders, and I happily obliged. When I came up to the window her makeup was so fun just like herpersonality. I came through the drive through about 10:15pm, 12 minutes ago. I ordered a $21.28 party pack of 12 tacos. When I got home, I... had 2 chilupas, 2 tacos and a burrito. Quite a difference in size and price, and was meant to feed a few people. It's late, theywere busy, and I totally understand mistakes happen. I also would've been completely fine with returning for the correct food,but the phone has been removed from the hook, and after 6 calls, I gave up and did something else for dinner.
