My husband went in to get me a refill on soda (because I was having a hard time walking). He took my (40oz) cup in and he was... charged almost $3 for a soda refill. Most of the Subway in Prescott and elsewhere charge a maximum of $1.09 for a refill. Thishowever was just greed! Especially since it barely had any co2 in it, it was almost purely syrup. I respect their posted pricesand get it, if I get a new cup but a refill that doesn't even taste right for almost $3 is just ridiculous! Read more

You don't put the same amount of veggies that you would put on a meat sandwich. You double it. If you have to be told to put... more veggies on for a veggie delite then management didn't train you well. Also very unhappy workers and very snotty. Too bad.I used to like eating at that subway. Staff & owners are always very polite and friendly, excellent customer service!!! The food is constantly amazingly fresh &... yummy. It's nice to be able to watch the staff using excellent hygiene and gloving when making your food. The entire place ispristine clean including the outside patio area which is a delight on a sunny day. ?????? Read more
