First time trying there food, asada tacos- meat wasn?t well cooked the tortillas and onions tasted like if they?re old as well.... My tacos had more unions less cilantro was added. Customer service isn?t professional they won?t great you or smile. Firstimpression always matter, don?t recommend this place. Read more
They gave us ice cold tacos from the refrigerator and a half heated burrito. Literally gave us food from the fridge that had... been left behind at some point during the day. We had just gotten of work and were tired and hungry at 2am when we ordered atthe drive thru. We did not have the energy or desire to go back after we got home and discovered our disgustingly lazy and cold$20+ meal. My friend and I decided to try Riliberto's, in Prescott Valley. I'm not a big fan of Mexican food, when it is fast food. I do... love homemade Mexican food. We decided to order steak chimichangas, with a side of refried beans and rice. I was pleasantlysurprised, it was much better than they're competitors. Our food was served fast, hot and I must admit, it was delicious and theportions were large. On the side I had requested pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and mild salsa. The Pico gallo was veryfresh, cold and delicious, the guacamole was extremely runny, as was the sour cream, so I didn't care for those so much. Iunderstand it is a fast food restaurant, so they must stretch the condiments, but they were far too runny. That would be theonly thing I would change about our meal. Spicy California Fries and the Spicy Super Nachos are great. The breakfast burritos are the best. Update 04/22/22 Valiendo puro... pito This place used to be pretty good. As of late the quality of the service has gone down. Had to go back 2 times at one pointbecause they kept getting the order wrong. That wouldn't be so bad if some of staff, namely one lady, wasn't so rude andcombative when telling them the order was wrong. They can't seem to keep a regular staff. Real bummer. Read more
Food was served fast even though there was one cook in the kitchen. Food was decent but more on the bland side. The more I ate... it, the more I liked it. There was about 15 people ahead of me. When they finally got to me they had my foot out in about 10 minwhich I thought was good. I wouldn't come back here though. Food was too pricey for what you received. Read more
