Reviews for Papa Johns Pizza in Prescott Valley, AZ

It's just not good anymore, it used to really stand out in comparison, but now it's just so-so, hit and miss, and way too... expensive for that nonsense. Not worth $60 to $80 Last three times I've ordered there has been something wrong and while I'vecalled to let them know, I didn't ask for replacement or refund. Tonight was the last shot.. how do you make a Hawaiian pizzaand forget the pineapple? The girl who I spoke with was obviously frustrated, but so was I. I just spent $60 after spending $80on my prior two orders, waited an hour for tepid food that wasn't what I ordered. She said fine we'll remake it and then justhung up. That was an hour ago, have no idea if they even know where it's going, she didn't bother to get my name. Won't beordering again until this location improves. Seems like Papa John's should monitor their franchises better, they just lost acustomer. Update: Just got the replacement pizza and it looks terrible. Almost all crust, looks more like a bowl. I really enjoy their food, I know the GM Hannah and Assistant Shelby because I go in so much. They have always treated me like a... valued customer. They seem to care about the food prep too, I?ve noticed they seem to put a lot of effort into it. 10 out of 10stars. Read more

Received my 35.00 delivery pizza and found all pieces on top of the others in the lower right corner of the box. SO... disappointed in Papa Johns! Will not use again. Beware! Read more

Live in Dewey in the Prescott country club. Granted it's 15 minutes from the store. Ordered online and delivery said 35-45... minutes..I appreciate that they will deliver since it's kinda outside of town. It arrived after 75 minutes later. Over an hour.The pizza was cold. Like rock hard cold. No garlic butter sauce which is amazing. And when I was handed the pizza I had to askfor the wings. The driver didn't even know what they were delivering. This is the 3rd order that I've had that was almost anhour and a half to receive after ordering in the last 6 months. Don't recommend and I won't be ordering again. Read more

Very unhappy with this pizza. Order was done by phone to make sure it was done correctly and when it arrives via delivery the... sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion pizza with onions on only one half looked like this. Should have had everything on one halfand no onions on the one half. I guess it was just a communication error, but was a bit disappointed. Tastes good though. Read more

It doesn?t look very clean in this Papa Johns. It?s full of unfriendly, sloppy looking teenage employees who are covered in... flower. There were pizza doughs prepared on a rack with flies swarming around, kids checking their phones and only one younggirl was helpful. Read more
