Ordered online to beat the usual queues of 20+ customers. Gave my name and got my order, however no receipt should have been my... first alarm bell. I DID NOT physically verify the order?Got home and the order was obviously someone else?s. Lesson learned? ifyou order online, take the time to open the bag and verify your order is correct before leaving the store. Read more

You know I love Panda but every time I go the prices are up, the container is smaller and the amount of food that you get is... absolutely ridiculous. You used to get a decent amount of food but now I can't even get filled up on a 2 entree meal. I askedwhy at the counter and the person says, I have no idea. Come on owner, quit being such a cheapskate for God sakes!!! Read more

Black pepper chicken and chow mein was delicious as usual, but the takeout portions are reduced. Just like everything else... nowadays. Sad. Read more

I usually love Panda Express but this location left a lot to be desired. The rice and noodles were cold, the string bean chicken... was cold and the spring rolls were tasteless and mushy. Quality control needs to be addressed . Read more

Doors locked at 10:24. Hours say 10:00 am and open. Even at 10:30 when the doors open had to wait another 5-7 minutes until they... got things ready. The food had been there in the trays since 10:00 when I arrived at the doors locked. Chincy amount ofentrees and chow mein/rice. Come on people it's noodles and rice. The least you can do is fill up the Chow mein and rice if youare going to be chincy on the entrees. I had maybe 4 pieces or orange chicken, 4 bites of Kung pao and maybe 4 or 5 pieces ofchicken green bean. Chow mein didn't even fill the space for it. This WAS the better Panda however the one downtown Prescotthas stepped up and has improved to the better one. With all the places to eat here in Prescott Valley this one won't be on myradar next time. They don't even have a drive-thru for us disabled. ALSO- Tried to use a gift card that I knew had money on it. The girl told me it was a zero balance and would I like the card back? I of course said yes. When I got home there was still47.40 in that gift card that she printed out a receipt saying it was zero. How many other people do they tell that it is a zerobalance when there is in fact money still on them? Read more

Someone needs to watch the cameras. We had dinner tonight got in at 8:42 and asked the staff what time you close, they said 9:30... but they were out of more things then they had but we were hungry so we ordered. Then as we sat down to eat one of the staffmembers decided to mop the floor and even mopped over another patrons foot. If you don't close tell 9:30 operate your buisnessas normal or close at 9....... So disappointed!!! We've been going to this one for years. Quality has definitely gone down since covid and haven't been going... as often due to this. But yesterday was the last time! We found saran wrap that had been cooked into the chow mien in twoseparate plates. Needless to say our party of 4 did not finish our meals as all of us had chow mien! Called that night & gothung up on. Called again no answer. Called the next morning employee said they had new cooks & would talk to them. Then talkedto the manager, no apology & offered 1 free meal. Not happy & won't be back! Read more
