The drive thru was fast and very accurate on my order. Although, the food was only at a satisfaction quality. Even though it did... meet the QC guidelines and was hot, because it was a fried product I could tell it was at about 3/4 of it's limit, making thetaste slightly dry and harder to eat. Thank you workers for doing a good job on customer service and being expedient upongetting out of order. It did make up for the lacking of quality of food. Read more

Just ordered 2 large fries to share with my husband and kids... seriously.... literally ordered 2 large fries that's it. Hard... fail. Awful job you too McDonald's crew... earning more than you deserve in this situation. Read more

Tonight, 7/21/22, was the worst service we have ever had, and it wasn't just my family. First the kiosk wouldn't take my credit... card so after spending all the time with everyone putting their order in I had to go up to the counter to pay. I stood therefor at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me but walking by and seeing me standing there with out even saying "we'llbe right with you", I was completely ignored. I finally spoke up asking if I could get some help. Finally a young woman cameup, never said a word to me and had a scowl on her face, looked like she was annoyed that she had to help me. She placed myorder and forgot to give me my cups so had to go back up to get them. About 15 - 20 minutes later we finally got our order, butwe were missing my grandson's apple juice, 2 LG fries and 1 MD fry. Went back to the counter and there were 5 people waitingfor items they were missing, including 4 from the drive thru. It took an additional 5 - 10 minutes of standing there waitingfor me to get our missing items. The other people were still waiting for at least another 10 - 15 minutes for their items andother people from drive thru were told to park and waited at least 10 minutes in their cars for items. I really hope someonecan do someone and make sure this doesn't happen again to anyone else. Read more

It is standard McDonalds, so the "food" is what it is. The staff though isn't even that good - they are shooting 50% with regard... to order accuracy. They omit items from the order all the time. Check your orders in the drive through before you leave!!! Read more

Out of 10 drive thru orders they will get 6 correct. It would surprise me if I'm missing something. I can't always stop back in... when they get an order wrong because I'm on my way to work. Like this morning, they didn't give me my hash brown. The people inthe drive thru barely look at you. Read more

I thought you could purchase any meal any time of the day? I was trying to pick up a couple of happy meals at 1030am but no, I... had to go with the more expensive breakfast meals. The employee was very nice about it which at least helped out. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I just went through the drive through and automatically a girl says ?will you be using the app? not... even nicely or even a hello. Attitude and rude. I continue my order, she constantly is talking rudely right after I finish eachsentence. So I drove out of the drive through and went inside hoping for a friendlier person. The girl I got was nice but stillhad an attitude and so did the manager when I asked for a drink carrier. When he finally got the drink carrier he put it downwithout even looking and walked away as if I was bothering him, after I got my order I didn?t get my sauce I asked for so Iwaited for them to look at me for 3-4 minutes while there?s maybe 4 other people inside, 3 being all together, and she finallyturned around and I asked and it seemed like she rolled her eyes as if she was annoyed to get it for me. I?m sorry you work atMcDonald?s and you don?t like it and don?t want to be there, but it?s what you?re paid to do. At least have a good attitude soyou don?t ruin everyone else?s. So McDonald's is pretty consistent, door dash not so much. It's been tough for every American . I do not take the state of this... economy lightly. So when I did not feel like cooking dinner one night I door dashed McDonald's, the first dash forgot most ofthe order. 40 min later I had a 97% credit to re order. I did so. I even called McDonald's as I ordered the second round. I wasmet with logic,and patience. Well door dash literally missed half the order again! At this point I was in tears . Times aretough I can not keep tipping these drivers , that are careless! I get it tips probably do not equal gas to make it worth it! Butthe consumer will notice. McDonald's went above ,and beyond one of the staff delivered the missing items, my kids were happy! Asfar as door dash, it's not worth it anymore . They do not make enough to care.
