Employee were busy dealing with big order confused & lost when on drive thru stop on Menu speaker 5-10 minutes no one answer. so... I went too drive thru window no look at window ! So honk manager saw me open window & said we?re doing a big order so we?re busy! I said ok how about can order he said we?re busy ? So I left the drive thru never had this tipe off service from any jimmyJohn Always had great service from any jimmy John but this one prescott valley never again will go to this one again !!! On 10-7-22 we waited 10 mins in the drive through waiting for them to take our order. Once the guy was ready to take my order it... turned out they were out of roast beef and most of the chips, thus I ended up ordering something I really didn?t want. Thenpulled up to the window, he collected my payment quickly, and didn?t return with my order until almost 15 mins later. Afterleaving the place it turned out they also messed up my order? I had an event earlier in the day and the owner and his team got in a couple hours early and prepared my catering order so that... I was able to pick it up an hour before they even opened. Tried to give this place a second chance BUT when we went through the drive thru it was dark with all the lights shut off 45... minutes before closing time. Luckily for us there was an employee standing in the parking lot. Unfortunately, he was just thereto smoke and talk to someone in a running car. Who owns this place? I order from this location once a week for the past four months. Very disappointed with the person that makes my orders. I... ordered a new chicken wrap today and it was soaking in the sauce that comes on it . I threw it in the trash as soon as I got myhands covered in sauce and couldn't even think about eating it. It was okay. I'm in no hurry to go back. The sandwiches were not that great. Did not get a receipt so didn't know when our order... was ready. Got two combo's at $11.99 ea and the bill was over $40.00. Not please. Sandwiches didn't have mayo tomatoes and lettus. Read more
