I'm so sad to have to do this, but maybe it will help to get this location back on track. I have always came here and... absolutely love the staff and my drink. But something is wrong. The wait time has been horrible. One of the longest times was40 min, I was stuck in line of course and couldn't leave. I had to switch coffee shops because of the timing. I try to come backevery now and then, but unfortunately it hasn't improved. I'm currently stuck in line, and have been here for 32 minutes andof course I am stuck again. (Cleary My Fault) I feel sorry for the staff because they give it their all but it appears they areshort handed. I hope things get better for this location. Read more
Almost always a wait for drive-thru but we park & order at the window. Cool ppl working here. Yummy drinks whether it's coffee... drinks or something else. ???? They also have really good "surprise me" drinks. Read more
Wonderful experience! I very rarely post a 5 star review believing that it should be reserved for only the most outstanding... service and or product. This day, waited in line with 8 other vehicles to place an order. All the while, the DB employee ?visited? with the vehicle in... front of us. Yet, during their ?visiting,? the drive-up ?window slot? became empty. As if this was not insult enough, once thisvehicle reached the window, drinks were handed over and the employee at the window ?visited? at length with what we were latertold were two ?regulars.? Riding with us, two guests who are Prescott area locals, and first-time visitors to Dutch Bros. Based on our experience today, they will be ?last-time? visitors to Dutch Bros. There is a balance between the friendly,welcoming attitude we have come to expect from DB, and ?taking care of business.? This location hasn?t found that balance yet. Read more

Worst Dutch Bros experience yet. Super slow and when we got to the window we found out why: staff was messing around, screwing... up drinks, and talking too much to get orders out in a timely manner. My drink only had 1/2 the flavor in it and was reallywatered down. Read more
Service has gone way down hill. Twice in a week it's taken over 30 mins. Tonight I had to just skip getting offee for my crew... because I had been in line for a half hour and was late for work. And there is no way to escape the drive through. The don'tseem to have people come out and take drink orders (maybe it's too cold?) and it takes forever now. Really a bummer, used to bea great place.
