I rarely give a poor review. I take my daughter to Dunkin at least 2 times a week. This is the 8th time they have messed up part... of our order (same order every time) Also, I am an educator and I had to help the employee at the window do math today. He saidI owed $6.72, but that didn?t match the box, so I verified and he?s like oh yeah $6.76. I gave him $20.76 in cash and changefor a $6.76 order, so I am owed $14 even. He returned $13.76. I then proceeded to ask him for a dollar and give back the changehe gave me. If he didn?t want to use the 76 cents - it still should?ve been 13.24. I also ordered an ice coffee with oat milkand caramel syrup. Pretty sure I was given straight coffee with no add ins. I appreciate that Dunkin? is open early and ischeaper than most other places, but it?s not worth it any more. Read more
Places like this are the death of small towns and businesses! No standards of excellence, horrible coffee, rude service. The drinks and customer service at this location are usually absolutely wonderful but yesterday (07/03/22) there was a borrowed... worker from another store (Jose) and he gave the worst customer service I have ever received. We always have great service here! Love getting donuts, coffee and the egg wraps. Can't beat the price 2 for $2. The ice cream... selection from Baskin Robbins is usually pretty limited. Read more
