This Chipotle wasn't great. The manager was being pretty rude and while chewing out an employee for not telling the cashier we... ordered double meat was talking over my husband while he was explaining we didn't get double meat we just asked for somecarnitas because she ran out of beef mid bowl. He then told also told the girl at the register the same and the. Proceeded toargue with us both about the charge never once hearing what we were saying and being very rude about the entire situation. This visit not so good. I have not visited Chipotle in over a year. The food prices were high and the food portions were a lot... smaller than i could remember. The chips were old and chewy. The cheese dip was stupid small for a regular. The burrito wasnothing special... They must have been slammed before we got there because the food line was littered with old food. Great food , but poor young lady that was upfront couldn?t catch a break so many ppl waiting to be helped while the older lady... was in the back moving pots around and didn?t even help at least to get the line short get the customers in and out . This location sucks! They were out of everything, and refused to cook up more ingredients! They had no tomato, no beans, no... steak, no guacamole, no avocado, not even ice in their machine! This chipotle is staffed by absolutely incompetent management. Chipotle corporate needs to come in and oversee this restaurant... to bring its standards up. Do not waste your money here; go to the one in Prescott. I really hope Chipotle recognizes how badthis is for their brand and fixes this store. Multiple times I have been missing items, received cold items, been treatedpoorly by staff and management, and overall been ignored. Such a shame since Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants. Terrible service inconsistent servings. Cold meat multiple times. Eat hear if you want to get sick! I have mentioned multiple... times. They always just say oh okay. I have never had a burrito compensated once. I actually asked this time. Still didn?thappen. I also pointed out that there was three people standing around talking and this girl Maylyn comes up and starts in withthe typical teenager girl attitude explaining to me that what the people who in the back jobs are!
