Not a great customer service. Got the souvenir jug of root beer, but less than 24 hrs. later the jug lost all its fizz! Ordered... footlong chili dog, instead was told got two hot dogs and carryout, when got home one was correct chili dog the other was plainhot dog with nothing on it! :( Read more
A&W's menu stated they offer Strawberry Sundays. I ordered mine to go, the employee seemed stunned I ordered one. She had to go... check with the manager, to see if a Strawberry Sunday was a food item they even served. The employee came back and stated "theycould use some sort of strawberry sauce they had but said, there was no strawberries in it" LOL ???????? I paid for what Iordered, returned home, which is only about 5 minutes away from the restaurant. I took a picture of what they served me. Itlooks like melted thick milk, that somebody dumped some Brown bile fluid in. I kid you not, it was served to me this way. I putmy spoon in it, my spoon sank. (Come back, Jack! Lol ????) I wasn't about to eat it. I returned home with this so-calledstrawberry Sunday took a picture of it, then threw it away. I was afraid to even taste this bio-hazard mystery. Lol ???? Read more
Prescott Valley location. Staff at drive thru window was pleasant food not. Was not worth the 1/2 hour wait. Part of the... hamburgers was raw. Ordered 2 root beer floats one had lots of ice cream the other one was warm and had maybe a tablespoon ofice cream. The fries were way too SALTY. Ordered 2 hamburgers 2 fries and 2 floats. Was charged individually for everything,never been here before wish was informed to order as meals to save money. Read more
Wow who doesn't want gas in Arizona at every half a tank and what's nice is you can stock up on snacks, use a clean well kept... bathroom with a few handicapped parking . The next best thing is picking up a mushrooms beef burger with fries = Delicious,well this is my taste but there are a variety of sandwiches for everyone to even sit outside or inside and enjoy or hope inyour car eat as you enjoy the little over 3 hour drive to the Grand Canyon. The food was great, and so was the service. The restaurant was clean, and I had no issues or problems.
Very disappointed. Drove 30 minutes here to try a favorite restaurant of mine to go only to get flat rootbeer, soggy cheese... curds, onion rings in my fries, a bacon cheeseburger loaded and with undercooked bacon when I ordered plain, and a missingcheeseburger. Went on opening night and was amazed they still had food at 7pm. The float was perfect and the food was good! I had never been... to an a&w before and was surprised at how yummy it was! Only complaint was that the upgraded chili fries barely had any fries,but otherwise great experience. Read more
Hmhm. My reviews keeping getting removed. So here it is again. Drove over 30 miles to go to this newer A & W in Prescott... Valley,. Az. We ordered a Papa combo it came with a over soaked top bun cheese burger that tasted okay,. Small very salty friesand we brought in a coupon for a root beer float and keep the glass mug for 5.99 special. The girls up front don't smile oreven say hello how can we help you. Its just a blank stare waiting for you to order. We waited for our order watching the girlschat while the tables were dirty and the floor needed a good mopping. This was at 11:00 am. No they weren't busy at thattime. We were charged 5.99 each for the mugs and then 3.98 to fill those mugs. We showed the coupon and asked why we werecharged the extra. We were told some run around story of how Corporate hasn't fixed that problem. If we would have known therewas an issue with the mug coupon we would have chosen to use our 20 % off coupon. We were charged 43.61 for two people. Will webe driving over to this location again? Probably not. We can find a lot better quality of food and customer service for 43.61for two people I will say the manager was trying to get food to everyone. He was bringing the food put to the tableshimself. I get its hard to find good workers these days,. however if the cashier's don't make you feel welcomed then theyshouldn't be working with the public or put her pouting face in the back. Read more
