Horrible service. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 coffees with only 3 cars in front of me at 8:30 am on a Tuesday.
A little busy inside. Thank you to the staff for getting our order out as fast as they could. There were 2 trainees that did a... great job today as well. Drive thru was quite busy today as well. We'll keep this Timmies in mind next time we are thru hereagain. Read more
Relatively clean but extremely slow service at the counter. All I wanted was a strawberry ICE lemonade (slush) and got the an... ice strawberry drink instead. FWIW, I have found Timmies has gotten worse over time (decades) at various locations acrossCanada: dirtier, inconsistent service, inconsistent regular coffee. Yes, I've been to a Tim Hortons in nearly every province andeven in New York state (which is one of the better locations!). Read more
Management needs to take more time on the employees, I always need to come back and get my coffee redone and second drive thru... is always closed never been used once like why build one if never gona use it even wen it's busy never used always cones infront Read more
Idk what happened here but this has happened multiple times. I also got a bagel so stale from here one time it broke my tooth... and cost $400 to fix. ???? Haven't had a bagel or anything from here since. They're always grumpy here, try to return somethingthey tell you there's nothing wrong with it and will for no reason get angry at you for simply bringing food or a drink back.They act like it comes out of their pocket. They act like they have the most difficult job on planet Earth. Your job is madedifficult by the attitude you give customers, you really don't think some people aren't going to give it right back when treatedlike that.. pft OK. Read more
The employees at this location are very personable and welcoming. Service is excellent and always accommodating for people with... lactose intolerance and diabetes(sweetner). Always service with a smile ???? Read more
Consistently nice people. We tend to stop here during road trips. Like all Tim Hortons, the mobile orders only show up on a... specific till. Seems like a design flaw - but the manager was nice enough to explain the system - not every Tim Hortonsdoes. No longer has plastic Tim?s cards but they still participate in the rewards program. (Unlike ONRoute Tim Horton?s whichdon?t count towards points.) Read more
Dinning area closed due to staff shortage. Ordered at drive through- tea cup half full and wedges were Luke warm
