Had a great evening at the Red George recently. A reunion with a number of school friends! Service and food was excellent.. I... would highly recommend this very quaint, historic pub! Read more
A traditional English pub well located by the St Lawrence River, The Red George Pub has an air of history to it, being located... in a 100+ year old building in Prescott. My wife and I went here for dinner, and left feeling that it's very much a "bar first"place, with their mains taking a bit of a backseat. Our meals weren't bad, but were nothing spectacular. Sandwiches don't comewith fries and have the option of adding a salad or soup for an additional charge. The servers were very friendly and attentiveand food was served quickly. If you are looking for a pint and some basic bar food The Red George Pub is a good choice; maybeless so for a dinner out. Read more
The Baron of Beef was so tuff it was uneatable, the Curry was not Curry it was a spicy stirr fry. The service was... good. Definitely will not return Read more
Had the Baron of Beef and found it very tough.. The vegetables were too undercooked for my liking as well. I told the server... about the toughness of the beef and she said she would tell him (the cook). We were given no discount regarding the food andwere told they were unable to give us one!!! We most likely will not return!?? Read more
A treasure for the town. Great atmosphere, good food, a bit dark and patio overlooking the st Lawrence is sitting empty,... unfortunate as the other river view pub has a packed patio daily. Read more

Good service. My roast beef dip was tasty but the beef was a touch dry, to be fair it was later in the evening.
